Kits are freighted to customers on a worldwide basis or can be collected directly from the workshop. Quality is guaranteed. Spare parts will be available for kits sold.
The frame kit comprises the following components :-
The oil bearing frame is constructed from 16 swg(1.6mm) chrome molly tubing. Oil level sight tube is fitted.
Swinging arm is made of oval section 2mm wall “Jansen” tube. It is pre-assembled in the frame using nylon bushes and a stainless steel spindle with alloy nuts. The rear wheel spindle is 20mm diameter with alloy end caps that provide support for the chain adjuster system.
All steel parts are nickel plated as standard.
52mm x 25mm taper head bearings are fitted and an alloy bearing dust cover is supplied for the top bearing.
All the oil fittings are steel, as is the oil strainer for the engine feed.
The footrest assemblies are CNC machined from 6082 aluminium alloy and then natural anodised as standard, other colours are available by request.
The engine plates and spacers are 6082 alloy.
Nuts, bolts and washers supplied are all stainless steel.
The body work is GRP with a Carbon Fibre option.
Petrol tank is fitted with an internal breather that vents to the rear of the motorcycle. A Pingle petrol tap is supplied along with the aircraft style filler cap.
The centre section and tail unit is one piece held on with camlock fastners each side.
Front mudguard can be supplied either as a plain unit or for the UK with a road fund licence holder built in on the left hand side.
Battery box incorporates an internal rear mudguard. This unit is supplied in carbon fibre as standard and comes with a full, rubber mounting kit.
The Corbin seat comes with a black leather/vinyl cover but other colour /leather type options are available to order.
The side stand supplied is removable (for track days) from the chassis and adjustable for the correct angle of lean.
